Why Pärnu Beach matters
Pärnu's beach is a wide sweep of fine sand that you can wade a long way out on, which makes it great for families. Behind the beach there is a park, a promenade with an old wooden café building and a spa district. On a summer evening the whole town gathers here for sunset, and in winter the sea sometimes freezes at the edges.
