Why Fjellheisen and Storsteinen matters
The Fjellheisen cable car lifts you above Tromsø in a few minutes. From the Storsteinen platform you can see the city on its island, the bridge, the mountains and the sea. In winter it's a favourite spot to watch the aurora, and in summer to watch the midnight sun. Dress warmly, because it is windy at the top.
